Highly efficient and extremely reliable rocket engines will make these reusable delivery systems a reality. As a Precision Assembly Engine Technician, you will be responsible for the precise and rapid building of our Stage 2 engine and its sub-assemblies for space vehicles. Our second stage engine is unlike any other in the space industry. This unique design requires individuals to be well versed in a variety of manufacturing processes to be successful in this role. Leveraging your previous experience, you will build and assemble alongside engineers and independently; all while giving design feedback and logging accurate build notes for future reference. You will use your resourcefulness and communication skills to identify and solve issues with the assistance of machinists, welders, and engineers. You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient work area, provide feedback for its layout, tooling, and local inventory storage. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
