Requirements
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
Responsibilities
- Follow policies and procedures.
- Comply with certification standards (TS16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
- Maintain a respectful and professional environment while collaborating with team members.
- Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean workspace following the 5S philosophy.
- Understand and apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Achieve production output while ensuring quality standards and effectively transitioning between model changeovers.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to perform assigned duties effectively.
