About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Performs, restores, and guides teammates to conduct repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass-produce goods by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES: Restore flow Identify problems Solve problems Lead continuous improvement themes Coordinate training for teammates in the area Maintain standardized work in the area Lead daily huddle meetings Coach teammates EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma. Must have a strong desire to work effectively in a team environment, utilize MPS skills, and be able to perform to the “Midmark Production System Team Leader Evaluation Standard”. Minimum evaluation guidelines are measured against: Restoring flow, problem solving, continuous improvement, training, cycle times and line balancing, standardized work, communication, and quality. Good manual dexterity skills, ability to quickly learn new tasks, reliable transportation, good work ethic, ability to get along well with others, has mechanical aptitude, and can stand in one position for long periods of time. Ability to learn to drive forklift and WAVE. COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

High School diploma.
