About The Position

The Assembly Table Assistant supports production operations by helping assemble materials and components according to work orders, instructions, and specifications. The role involves repetitive tasks in a team-based, fast-paced production setting, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, quality, and safety. The assistant follows direction from supervisors or team leads, uses hand tools and equipment, may operate basic machinery when trained, and helps maintain a clean and organized work area. The position may require extended hours based on production needs.

• Ability to follow instructions and work within established processes.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required, including lifting up to 50 lbs and occasionally pushing or moving up to 110 lbs.
• Ability to work in manufacturing or production environments.
• Comfort with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying environmental conditions.
• Ability to work extended hours based on production needs.
