About The Position
Join Ford’s PTME team to develop production Assembly processes and project-manage the launch of new and retooled equipment for our next-generation Electrification, and Hybrid Transmission programs. You will lead the physical and virtual implementation of advanced manufacturing systems, ensuring robust quality and operational efficiency. You will receive hands-on training in cutting-edge EV propulsion and simulation tools, collaborate closely across Product Development and Plant Operations to expand your career horizons, and access structured mentorship to prepare you for future engineering leadership roles.
Requirements
- Experience in developing production Assembly processes
- Experience in project management for new and retooled equipment launches
- Experience in leading the implementation of advanced manufacturing systems
- Understanding of quality and operational efficiency
