Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and an interest in building or repairing equipment.
Basic carpentry and hand tool experience.
A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Basic computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Desire to learn new skills and grow with the company.

Nice To Haves

Experience in assembly, shipping, warehousing, maintenance, or automotive repair.

Responsibilities

Prepare finished products for shipment, using basic carpentry and hand tool skills.
Assemble mechanical and electrical components.
Build and test training equipment to meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot basic assembly issues.
Assist production teams with project completion.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform occasional lifting of materials and equipment.
