Responsible for coordinating, documenting, maintaining, and scheduling other required training as needed. Teach CAT employees how to assemble. Assist the production floor with additional coaching/training of current assemblers. Review and assess employee work training needs. Review and update training plans and programs as needed. Update and maintain training records. Assist with coordination of training schedule.

Requirements

  • Must have at least “Expected” or higher rating on most recent evaluation
  • Must have 3 - 5 years of assembly experience
  • Must certified in crane operations
  • Must have knowledge of torque processes

Nice To Haves

  • Team Lead experience
  • Previous training, coaching or teaching experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Experience in lifting device manufacturing, testing or inspection
  • Advanced oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to analyze and organize training reference material
  • Advanced knowledge of assembly processes

Responsibilities
