Assembly & Packer - Direct Hire

Laborup•Rogersville, TN

About The Position

We’re hiring Assembly / Packers for a large, established plastics manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on production role where manufactured components move through assembly, finishing, and packaging processes before becoming completed products. Depending on your station, you may assemble parts, inspect products, pack finished materials, load and unload components, or help keep the production line moving. The work is physical and fast-paced, requiring you to stay active, keep up with the production line, and work alongside your team to meet daily production goals. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We’re looking for dependable people who are comfortable working with their hands and willing to learn. Rotating 12-hour schedules offer the ability to choose either days or nights. Advanced production and lead roles are filled from the shop floor, creating opportunities for promotion. Employees can learn multiple assembly stations, tools, equipment, quality processes, and production tasks as their skills develop. This is a full-time, direct-hire position, not a temporary job. Compensation is $15 per hour for day shift and $16 per hour for night shift. The rotating schedules include built-in overtime. Multiple openings are available on both days and nights. Day shift follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts; night shift follows a rotating 4-on / 4-off schedule with 12-hour shifts.
