About The Position
AIT Home Delivery offers the ultimate level of customer care for the final delivery, assembly and/or repair of consumer goods. Our dedicated teams of contractors offer fast and reliable home services for many high-end companies sending goods directly to consumers.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to go to and from order locations
- Own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Comply with insurance, vehicle registrations
- DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Comply with your state laws for the vehicle being used to complete work
- Pass background and drug screens
- Pass MVR for all driving contractors
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Contractors who service both indoor and outdoor will receive more work.
Responsibilities
- Build indoor and outdoor products
- Arrive at customer homes to assemble products such as treadmills, ellipticals, furniture, playsets, pergolas, gazebos, resin sheds, and in-ground basketball hoops.
- Service both indoor and outdoor products to receive more work.
