About The Position
Assembly Operators are needed for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The starting pay is $20.99, with a $1.00 differential for 2nd shift and a $0.60 differential for 3rd shift.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Operates all assembly equipment and machinery in a correct and safe manner at the required rate
- Follows the cell qualification process to achieve sign-off as qualified associate
- Line feeds as required
- Ensure that parts and components are assembled in accordance with SOP
- Perform all required quality checks
- Completes all relevant documentation (i.e. VE logs, 1st Piece Check, Reference Number log, scrap log, rework log, etc.)
- Performs all changeover operataions on all machines correctly
- Perform first piece inspection
- Separates, tags and places all scrap/rework parts in designated area
- Ensure all housekeeping duties have been performed
- Perform any rework required and completes all necessary documentation
- Perform any other duties as specified
