About The Position
Vishay Tansitor is currently seeking applicants for an Assembly Operator. This role is responsible for the efficient running of Assembly operations on 1st shift within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location. Vishay Tansitor is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide and has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions
- Good communication and math skills.
- Must qualify as a “U.S. Person” according to U.S. federal law.
Responsibilities
- Follow the process specifications at all times to perform assigned manufacturing function.
- Ensure that equipment is in good working condition and cleaned daily.
- Record critical data on lot traveler ticket.
- Visually inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
