About The Position

This position involves performing core finishing operations, including Die Line, Tie Bar, and Flash Removal, as well as Repairs. It also includes Core Prep operations for Wax Injection, specifically Level III - Quality Visual Inspection of product for defects. The role requires the ability to adhere to process documentation, safely and efficiently operate machinery and tooling, and possess strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, willing to learn, a strong team player, and detail-oriented. Experience with injection molding is a plus, as are excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compliance with internal Safety and 6S Standards is mandatory. A complete understanding of Core Finishing processes (levels I, II, and III) is expected.
