Requirements

• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden reels using pre-cut components.
• Operate hand tools and measuring devices to ensure product quality.
• Weigh, label, and tag finished products.
• Apply grease and protective materials as required.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Assist with production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
