About The Position

This role involves examining products to ensure they meet specifications, fabricating and assembling manufactured products by hand, and performing safety inspections in a manufacturing or industrial setting. The operator will also read work orders and charts, use hand or power tools, and place assembled castings into baskets or bins. Responsibilities may be expanded at the discretion of leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing, warehousing or industrial experience preferred.
• Demonstrated stable work history preferred.
