Requirements

Proven experience as an Assembly Operator II or similar role in a manufacturing environment (3+ years)
Proficient in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and work instructions
Exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and fine motor skills
Proficient in machine operation and basic equipment maintenance
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
In-depth knowledge of workplace safety procedures

Responsibilities

Assemble intricate components and parts to create finished products based on technical drawings and specifications
Perform thorough inspections and quality checks during and after assembly to ensure products meet stringent quality standards and specifications
Identify and address any issues or defects in the assembly process, collaborating with colleagues to find effective solutions
Operate specialized machinery and tools, ensuring safe and efficient operation
Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data, including detailed checklists and reports
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and fellow team members
Provide guidance and training to less experienced assembly operators to improve overall team performance
Work to meet or exceed production targets while minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency
