About The Position
The Assembly Mechanic Level 1 is an entry-level position responsible for safely assisting with the assembly of oil-field equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position performs basic assembly tasks using a variety of hand tools, impact wrenches, and other shop equipment while following established work instructions and safety procedures. The Level I Assembly Mechanic works under the direction of experienced technicians and supervisors to develop mechanical assembly skills and knowledge of oil-field equipment. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety are essential for success in this position.
