Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
SAP familiarity.
U. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

A&P License or two years aviation, aerospace and/or previous mechanical experience.
Turbine engine overhaul, and repair experience preferred in one or more of the following disciplines: Disassembly, Assembly.
Ability to identify and resolve configuration and compatibility issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Perform mechanic duties to disassemble and assemble engines, engine sections and accessories.
Perform cleaning of engine parts and components.
Perform visual checks to assess minimal part condition for continued use where applicable.
Understand the basic inspection techniques as a part of a career development path.
Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S and continuous improvement programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training, and supporting all applicable committee activities.
Manage tools and tooling to ensure serviceability before and after use and process appropriately when issues arise.
