Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs unassisted
  • Expert-level understanding of Electrical systems (12V DC / 110V AC)
  • Expert-level understanding of Schematics and system integration
  • Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.

Nice To Haves

  • Hydraulic systems (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of Electrical systems (complex wiring, controls), Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues.
  • Lead testing, validation, and final system verification.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to supervisors.
  • Assist in Production planning and Daily/weekly scheduling
  • Review and scrub Print packages, BOMs, and Shop orders (identify and correct discrepancies)
  • Optimize workflows and support process improvements.
  • Train and mentor new and transferred employees.
  • Lead by example in Safety, Quality, and Work ethic
  • Support team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Independently resolve highly complex issues.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership in Safety culture, Quality ownership, and Continuous improvement
  • Take initiative in improving Processes, Product quality, and Efficiency
  • Handle ambiguity and make decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Drive results and support team performance goals.
