E-ONE manufactures custom and commercial fire trucks including pumpers and tankers, aerial ladders and platforms, rescues of all sizes, quick attack units, industrial trucks, and ARFF (aircraft rescue firefighting vehicles). Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40lbs unassisted
Expert-level understanding of Electrical systems (12V DC / 110V AC)
Expert-level understanding of Schematics and system integration
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.

Hydraulic systems (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of Electrical systems (complex wiring, controls), Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues.
Lead testing, validation, and final system verification.
Serve as a technical advisor to supervisors.
Assist in Production planning and Daily/weekly scheduling
Review and scrub Print packages, BOMs, and Shop orders (identify and correct discrepancies)
Optimize workflows and support process improvements.
Train and mentor new and transferred employees.
Lead by example in Safety, Quality, and Work ethic
Support team development and knowledge sharing.
Independently resolve highly complex issues.
Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate leadership in Safety culture, Quality ownership, and Continuous improvement
Take initiative in improving Processes, Product quality, and Efficiency
Handle ambiguity and make decisions with minimal oversight.
Drive results and support team performance goals.
