About The Position

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by ensuring accurate assembly and timely completion of mechanical parts, supporting overall production goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in mechanical assembly, including working with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and assembly techniques to ensure accurate and efficient work.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions for assembly tasks.
Experience with troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing routine maintenance on assembly equipment.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical assembly or related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing roles.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established procedures.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
Perform quality checks and functional tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and implement improvements.
Document assembly processes, test results, and maintenance activities accurately.
