About The Position

The Assembly Line Worker is responsible for assembling lighting products. They must operate with strong attention to detail and work with a sense of urgency to meet all deadlines without compromising quality of work.

Responsibilities

Assemble lighting products as determined and trained by supervisor
Ensure all lighting products are completed with a strong attention to detail and according to customer specifications and deadlines
Maintain an overall understanding of the processes involved with lighting product manufacturing
Uphold strong quality control standards and comply with all company safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret orders and locate parts in various locations within the plant
Use sound judgement and adhere to safety protocol when making decisions
Maintain strong time management, punctuality and organizational skills
Act with integrity and respect
Adapt to changes required by business
Assume and complete all other duties as assigned by management
