Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and small parts
  • Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, decimals)
  • Comfortable using a computer / ERP system
  • Ability to follow structured processes and high-quality standards
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection
  • Self-motivated and a continuous improvement mindset (help make things better)

Responsibilities

  • Install threaded inserts and perform light mechanical assembly on aerospace parts
  • Conduct final visual inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality standards
  • Identify even the smallest defects or inconsistencies
  • Package finished components for shipment with care and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records and update jobs in our ERP system
  • Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and aerospace requirements
