This role involves project planning, evaluating model‑change impacts, mentoring equipment teams, coordinating with cross‑functional groups, and managing equipment projects from concept through launch. Domestic and international travel may be required, including trips to Japan, Mexico, and Europe for meetings, vendor observations, and equipment development. Work may include long on‑site hours, weekends, holidays, and overtime during equipment installation periods. Steel‑toe boots are required on the shop floor.
