About The Position
This position involves removing burrs and sharp edges from parts, washing and cleaning parts according to requirements, assembling small parts, part marking, and bonding materials such as cork. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to written procedures.
Requirements
- Understands basic inspection methods.
- Must be able to interpret engineering prints.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
- High school diploma / GED
- 2-3 years in related role

Responsibilities
- Install fasteners and inserts into parts.
- Ink stamping, print or other marking of parts.
- Identifies nonconforming product.
- Produces reports and other required documentation.
- Follow internal procedures and meet requirements of QMS.
- Applies deburring and metal finishing techniques to parts per requirements
- Wash and clean parts per requirements
- Set up and operate vibratory deburring equipment.
- Performs in-process inspection
- Other duties as required.
