About The Position

Join Our Team as an Assembly Associate - Evening Shift. Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can learn, grow, and be part of a great team? This is a temporary-to-hire position with the opportunity to transition to regular full-time employment based on performance and business needs. Please note that initial training will take place on the morning shift (Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00pm ) for approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on experience and training progress.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, and move around throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills for tracking and communication
• A high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Helping to assemble products and prepare dosimeters
• Handling materials and keeping your workstation stocked
• Hitting productivity and quality targets
• Following safety guidelines to keep yourself and your team safe
