About The Position

The Assembly Associate supports manufacturing operations by keeping assembly equipment and automated packing systems running efficiently and helping produce high-quality products that meet daily goals. The role involves moving and preparing materials, operating and supporting production equipment, inspecting and packing finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The associate works with a team in a fast-paced production setting and follows company safety, quality, environmental, and workplace policies.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and support assembly equipment and auto-packers to maintain efficient production flow.
Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and finished goods throughout the assembly department.
Fill hoppers, bins, feeders, and other production equipment as needed.
Perform visual quality inspections and verify products meet customer and company standards.
Identify and report safety, quality, or production concerns to leadership.
Pack, weigh, count, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Unjam and troubleshoot basic production equipment issues safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Follow company safety, quality, environmental, and workplace policies.
