About The Position

To assemble and package bulk components in such a manner to provide a quality product to the global aftermarket.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Employee must have good eye/hand coordination.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive functions for an extended period of time.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to complete basic math calculations.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  • Good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of engine parts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Properly verify components to shop order prior to assembly.
  • Meet or exceed quality and production standards on a daily basis.
  • Proper handling of product to prevent damage.
  • Report all equipment maintenance problems daily.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Work with and always display a team concept approach, working individually, or as a team.
  • HU retrieval, Order set-up, Pre-kitting (ILS), Kitting, bagging, printing and/or labelling, hand packing, “catching” F/G units, board line component “dropping”, and arranging bearing sets are all processes within the department required to perform the assembly job functions.
