Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and not afraid to ask questions.
  • Teamwork, attention to detail, and punctuality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work overtime as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble components according to work instructions.
  • Use a variety of bonding materials, hand, and soldering tools to assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure all components are installed correctly and secured.
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality.
  • Communicate issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Accurately complete required production documentation and reports.
  • Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote efficiency and safety.
