About The Position

The Second Shift Assembly Associate is primarily responsible for assembling metal and plastic adjustable levers using hand tools and repetitive assembly processes. Other duties include assembly of additional products, creating labels for products and packages, and sorting and packaging parts and inventory. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to two years of related manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to complete routine documentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Sound problem-solving skills in a production environment

Responsibilities

  • Assembly of adjustable levers and other related products using hand tools
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Preparing labels and labeling of products
  • Sorting and packaging parts for shipment and/or inventory
  • Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety within the assembly work area
  • Supporting production flow to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met
  • Other duties within the department as assigned
