AGC Heat Transfer, a leading OEM of sanitary plate heat exchangers in North America, is seeking a motivated Assembly Associate I to join their Plates team on Swing Shift. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Basic math and reading comprehension
- Ability to follow directions and stay focused
- Willingness to work on a wide range of tasks
- Commitment to safety and 5S principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience
Responsibilities
- Handling materials using overhead cranes, hoists, forklords, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
- Operating industrial ovens and leak-testing equipment
- Applying rubber gaskets to new and customer plates
- Performing visual quality inspections
- Preparing plate packs and gaskets for shipment
- Accurately counting and recording parts
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Participating in safety and process-improvement activities
- Completing tasks efficiently and following written instructions
- Supporting other duties as assigned
