About The Position

Tube Assembly operators perform day-to-day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years prior experience
• Ability to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.

• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)

• Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Perform visual checks of products to ensure quality.
• Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
• Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high quality products.
