About The Position

The Assembly 1 Operator is responsible for performing basic assembly tasks in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This entry-level position involves assembling components, operating basic hand and power tools, following standardized work instructions, and supporting production goals. Team members are expected to maintain a clean work area while contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively.
Perform basic inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times.
Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles.
Meet daily production and quality expectations.
Assist with material handling and movement of parts as needed.
Work cooperatively with team members to achieve production objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and training opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
