About The Position

The Commercial Aircraft A220 program is seeking electrical assemblers to join our team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada). This position is suitable for individuals with industrial or aerospace experience, or those new to the field who are motivated to grow and develop new skills. The role involves reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical plans, manufacturing electrical harnesses, routing and installing wires and cables, testing assemblies, and ensuring quality control and compliance with production standards.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• You will be required to work in confined spaces on a regular basis
• You will be required to work at heights up to 150 feet
• You have the ability to adopt and maintain various physical positions as required by the job
• This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity

Nice To Haves

• A collegial diploma (DEC) or a professional diploma (DEP) (an asset)

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and analyze the electrical and mechanical plans and diagrams of the assembly books
• Manufacture electrical harnesses according to the requirements of the drawings, diagrams and work procedures
• Routing, crimping, installing and securing wires, cables harnesses and equipment (routing)
• Test the continuity and conductivity of the final assembly
• Ensure quality control of manufactured sub-assemblies and electrical harnesses
• Ensure compliance with standards and production rate
• Other related functions that may vary depending on experience and qualifications
