Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with ERP systems (an asset)
- Proficiency in French
- Ability to understand instructions in English
- Ability to work in a controlled work environment including the mandatory use of PPE including protective eyewear and gowning

Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and sub-assembly of medical devices, ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations.
- Follow written or verbal work instructions and diagrams to assemble products to specification.
- Use a variety equipment and tools to complete tasks.
- Conduct assembly testing and make continuity checks on in-process and finished products.
- Perform quality checks in accordance with established specifications and procedures.
- Disassemble, rework, reassemble, and test components as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Accurately create, pick material, and close Job Orders in the ERP system.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and report quality issues using the ERP system.
- Assist with other related tasks as needed.
