About The Position

We are currently looking for Assemblers to join our 2nd Shift Assembly Team from 3:30 PM

12:00 AM. Assemblers build sub-assemblies and finished products while following work instructions and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork. Our comprehensive training and on-boarding program will help you learn the job and become confident in your role.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to three years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work practices.
• Assemble products according to established work instructions.
• Learn and safely use tools and machinery required for assembly.
• Cross-train on a variety of assembly operations.
• Maintain quality and production standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles.
