Responsibilities

Assembling parts to produce steel doors
Gathering and preparing parts and tools
Assembling door components following instructions (skins, cores, panels, hardware prep, and related door assemblies)
Resolving assembly problems and notifying frontline leader/supervisor for additional resources
Performing work under minimal supervision
Handling complex issues and problems
Possessing comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter
Providing coaching/mentoring to peers
Conducting quality checks on door assemblies and supporting continuous improvement efforts
Collaborating with team members to meet production schedules in a fast-paced steel door manufacturing environment
