As an Assembler, you will be responsible for performing assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulated devices in a controlled collaborative work environment. You will be joining mechanical and hydraulic components, including some basic electrical wiring. The role involves inspecting and performing finished product testing to ensure products meet established Engineering and Quality requirements, and accurately recording test results on the Device History Record (DHR). You will also identify and report any defects or problems encountered during the assembly process and troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions. Collaboration and communication within a team environment are essential, as is the ability and willingness to cross-train throughout the home department. Supporting and promoting a safe working environment through adherence to established safety procedures and guidelines is also a key aspect of this role. Maintaining and sustaining a clean and organized work environment, and meeting minimum productivity standards once trained, are expected. You will need to adapt to conditions as dictated by business requirements and conform to policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
