About The Position
Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, the Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, specifications, and standard work instructions. This role ensures products are built safely, accurately, and efficiently to meet quality and delivery requirements. This is an onsite position at our Trojan Technologies facility in Grand Rapids, MI. Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Overtime or Weekends may be required.
Requirements
- High /School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience

Responsibilities
- Follows all applicable safety procedures and practices safe work habits.
- Performs mechanical and electrical parts assembly activities as outlined in Standard Work Documents.
- Reads and interprets work instructions, labelling requirements, engineering drawings, and part/BOM specifications.
- Maintains a safe, clean and organized work area.
- Identifies non-conforming components with intense focus on quality and compliance.
- Initiates continuous improvement activities in own area and supports continuous improvement activities of all employees.
- Performs other job activities as required.
