Corp is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler to support our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, reading blueprints, and assembling mechanical components that result in durable, high-performance equipment.

Requirements

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools.
  • Ability to read measurements and understand technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic assembly techniques and shop safety practices.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or production environments.
  • Knowledge of common measurement tools such as tape measures and calipers.
  • General understanding of mechanical components and fitment.
  • Apply blueprint and measurement information to real-world assembly tasks.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and production needs.
  • Learn new processes and skills through hands-on training.
  • Maintain organization, accuracy, and cleanliness in daily work.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and production deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tape measurements accurately.
  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to specifications.
  • Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow verbal and written instructions to meet production and quality standards.
  • Inspect assembled components to ensure accuracy and workmanship.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude.
