About The Position
The Assembler is responsible for operating a multiple port – turn style automatic screw dispensing machine, loading individual parts for attachment. 1st shift hours are 7:00 am - 5:00 pm. This role involves adjusting machine and product settings to maintain product specifications and part dimensions, adhering to quality standards, and collecting/reporting scrap. The position also requires filling out inspection and TPM reports, following all safety procedures, and maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time.

- Experience with setup and basic troubleshooting of machines.
