Requirements
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the position.
Responsibilities
- Performing various assembly operations of plastic parts and components.
- Maintaining a high degree of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Adhering to production schedule.
- Creating labels for each job and run production.
- Providing finished skids of product to shipping department for final preparation.
- Maintaining an open line of communication to assure all problems and changes are communicated and resolved in a timely manner.
- Working with co-workers and lead to ensure material inventories are maintained for uninterrupted operation.
- Following all work instructions and quality control documentation.
- Assisting other team members in cross-training and conducting on the job training of other associates.
- Actively participating in Continuous Improvement teams and activities, including 6S & safety.
- Performing other duties as assigned, including but not limited to cross training as Press Operator as well as hanging for paint when needed.
