About The Position

This role involves using various hand and power tools to assemble products according to standard work instructions. The assembler will operate rigging and lifting devices safely, report any quality or equipment issues to supervisors, and complete documentation in a timely manner. The position requires working effectively in both individual and team settings, maintaining good housekeeping, and adhering to company core values. Additional duties may be assigned based on location and product line.

Requirements

• Typically requires a high school diploma and up to 2 years of experience.
• Read and understand shop orders and blueprints, safety rules, standard work instructions written in English.
• Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to use hand tools in a safe and proper manner.
• Based on department, may be required to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack.
