Working with blueprints, assembly drawings, specifications, sketches, and verbal and written instructions, this role involves assembling, disassembling, repairing, and adjusting a variety of units, attachments, components, and/or accessories. The position reports directly to the Production Supervisor or their designate. Key Result Areas include quality, efficiency, safety, housekeeping, continuous improvement, and professional development. The role may require operating material handling equipment, using measuring tools, and providing instruction and guidance to other employees. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to policies, proper use of safety equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. Continuous improvement is encouraged through suggestions and an open mind to new ideas.
