About The Position

15 Assemblers needed for 2nd Shift: 2 pm to 10pm Monday through Friday Job Summary: We are looking for Assemblers that will fabricate and assemble parts, pieces, and products in a sequential process using an array of tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow direction
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must pass a drug screen.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)
• Steel toes required

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work effectively across multiple organizations
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, smaller company environment
• 6+ months assembly experience

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and instructions before each project
• Assemble each product according to specifications
• Conduct quality assurance checks
• Confirm assembled products meet quality standards
• Identify, record, and report any product defects
• Complete required quality and production forms
• Monitor and maintain necessary inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures
• May require occasional evening and weekend hours
• Other duties as assigned
