About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all required assemblies and installations on coaches while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of line installations, bench components, and assembly processes related to the assigned job classification.
  • Ability to perform all installations and assemblies required within the designated job classification and work area.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, process sheets, and written instructions, and build components or assemblies according to those specifications.
  • Proficient with hand tools, air tools, and various other equipment required to complete assigned tasks.
  • Ability to use measuring tools to complete precise and accurate work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (75 lbs. with assistance), perform repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, crouching), and work on elevated surfaces or confined spaces.
  • Must be able to stand and walk on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 10+ hours).
  • Maintain regular work schedule and work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times.
  • Work in an environment that may include regular exposure to vibration and occasional proximity to moving mechanical equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned to support departmental and production needs.
