About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring for Assembler in Lancaster and Cheektowaga, NY. This is a long-term assignment with daily overtime. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for the assembly of electrical and wiring components, mechanical components, wire harness assembly, and material selection. You will also interpret blueprints and schematics, perform crimping, use hand tools, conduct testing, and ensure quality control.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Ability to use variety of hand power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team
• Attention to detail and awareness
