About The Position

We are currently hiring 2nd shift Assemblers. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, assembling equipment and products using handheld tools, maintaining inventory, performing quality checks, identifying and reporting defects, and reworking/repairing assembled items. The position requires the ability to regularly lift 30 pounds, perform repetitive tasks, possess manual dexterity, and stand for extended periods. Understanding of MSDS and handling of hazardous materials is also beneficial. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.

Requirements

Regularly lift 30 Pounds.
Perform repetitive task
Possess manual Dexterity to put parts or pieces together quickly and accurately.
Understanding and experience dealing with MSDS and handling of hazardous material
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve simple quality product issues
Ability to stand for an extended period
Working alone or closely with other regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.
Pass a background-drug screening.

Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and follow primary blueprints and Diagrams; accurately assemble equipment and products
Utilize handheld tools such as screwdrivers and drills
Maintain inventory of products in workstations
Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards
Identify product defects and report to the team leader/supervisor
Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specifications and customer changes
