Requirements

• 3+ years of related assembly, manufacturing, or production experience.
• Familiarity with hand tools is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency within 90 days across essential production tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, air ratchets, wire crimpers, drills, heat guns, lift tables, etc.).
• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and forklifts, with the willingness to operate and drive machinery as trained.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow work instructions, standardized workflows, quality checkpoints, and taping systems to build world-class cleaning equipment.
• Utilize basic SAP/EWM systems to locate parts, interpret blueprints, and navigate ISO procedures to maintain production compliance.
• Perform fundamental assembly tasks, including plastic trimming and component fitting, to keep our production lines moving smoothly.
