About The Position

Yaskawa is hiring an Assembler for the first shift, working Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The role includes on-the-job training and benefit eligibility beginning on the first day. The starting pay rate is $19.18, with pay depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related work experience.
• Ability to read and write English; add, subtract, count, and record with extreme accuracy; measure; multiply and divide whole numbers efficiently; and follow instructions.
• Consistently perform work in a timely, safe, and thorough manner.
• Respond well to changes and demonstrate initiative.
• Accept responsibility for actions and work performed and generally maintain a positive attitude.
• Function well in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• One year of mechanical or electrical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and solder components.
• Perform wire stripping, crimping, and cutting operations for wires of any size.
• Make mechanical adjustments as required.
