About The Position

In this role, you will assemble wood products and components used in a variety of residential and commercial applications. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, nail guns, saws, and other assembly equipment safely.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
• Ability to measure, cut, and position lumber and other materials accurately.
• Ability to inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Ability to stack, band, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Willingness to follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.

• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions.
• Measure, cut, and position lumber and other materials accurately.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack, band, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Assist with general production duties as assigned.
