About The Position
Assembler – 1st Shift - Hiring Immediately! Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Lebanon, New Hampshire and Hanover, New Hampshire. As an Assembler, you will work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands. No experience is necessary. We provide extensive on-the-job training within the team and full support along the way!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
- Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
- Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to perform a variety of tasks using standard processes, documentation, systems, and tools to assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods to meet internal and external customer demands.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Independently troubleshoot errors or failures.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase shared profits.
